Per NYS legislation, all registered voters will be allowed to request an absentee ballot to vote by mail in this year’s General Election on November 3rd, 2020. On August 18th all registered voters in NYS were mailed an application for an absentee ballot. If you did not recieve an application, or if you would like to submit one online, you can do so at this link:

In October, absentee ballots will be mailed out to those who applied for an absentee ballot.  Absentee ballots may be mailed in or dropped off at the Board of Elections Office (39 W. Main Street, Rochester, NY 14614) 9am-5pm Mon.-Fri. or dropped off at ANY polling site on Election Day, November 3rd or dropped off at any of the Early Voting polling sites during the Early Voting dates/times.
