Mission Statement:

Our mission is to increase the number of LGBTQ+ identifying officials in Monroe County, both elected and appointed, at all levels of government to uplift the voices of LGBTQ+ people and create a vibrant, inclusive, and safe environment where all can thrive.

Vision:

We envision a future where the LGBTQ+ community in Monroe County is fully empowered, engaged, and represented in the democratic process, leading to policies and progress that uplift LGBTQ+ people.
